Only the data you give us by filling in the forms on this site:

• name, phone and email (optional) to call you back and confirm;
• the details of your request: booking (restaurant, day, time, guests, notes) or event (type, guests, date, restaurant);
• the language and the page you came from (e.g. a campaign link), to know which channels work.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Handling bookings and requests — performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Sending you news and offers, only if you chose so — consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Retention

24 months from collection, unless the law requires otherwise.

5. Who sees the data

Il personale Cartabianca e i fornitori tecnici che gestiscono il sito, le email e il gestionale contatti (GoHighLevel, dove arrivano le richieste dei moduli), nominati responsabili del trattamento (art. 28 GDPR). Le prenotazioni online del Club e del Tennis Club passano da resmio (resmio GmbH, Norimberga), responsabile del trattamento; chi prenota su TheFork lo fa secondo l’informativa di TheFork. Non vendiamo né cediamo i tuoi dati.

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (arts. 15-22 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

7. Cookies

Il sito non usa cookie di profilazione né statistiche di terze parti. I link «Indicazioni» aprono Google Maps in una nuova scheda: nessuna mappa viene caricata dentro le nostre pagine. I moduli del sito non usano cookie. Il widget di prenotazione resmio (pagine del Club e del Tennis Club e pagine Prenota) è caricato dal server di resmio, che può usare cookie tecnici propri per farlo funzionare.
